Sacramento Kings Choose Jimmer in 2011 Draft

The Sacramento Kings chose the former Brigham Young guard, Jimmer Fredette, during the NBA draft. The national player of the year became a huge hit while leading the nation in scoring last season. The Kings struggled last year, finishing second-to-last in attendance last season in the NBA.

Fredette said, “I hope the fans come out and support us. I hope they like our team. I think we will have a very exciting team and I hope we can get more wins."
